The main interface of Gramblr couldn't be more simple: Select single photos that you want to upload. The images should be in JPEG format _and_ be square! You can only upload one image at a time unfortunately.
Once you've uploaded photos, you can use the program's built-in sharing features which can post to either your Twitter or Facebook feed.
The web browser version of Instagram contains more features, but Gramblr is a free way to upload images without the need for a web browser.
