Really it is very simple. First create your Word document, just a letter in Word and save it where you can find in on your harddrive. Next open Point and select the Templates tab from the Navigation panel. Then select Custom Forms/Letters/Email and then in the workspace select Import. Locate your Word letter and choose Yes.

Now that you have your letter imported you can start inserting the merge fields so that the letter will auto-populate the text with the data you select. We will keep it very simple and put the borrower's name after the word Dear ___. In the Point Custom Form window go to the Select Point Field from the dropdown list then click Insert. Once you save your file it is ready to be used like any other form. You can easily add it to your form groups and it will print out with your package.
